Clyde Road Upgrade, Berwick: KPI Construction Services’ Expertise in High-Risk Traffic Management

The Clyde Road Upgrade in Berwick is a flagship component of Victoria’s Big Build, aimed at easing congestion, improving traffic flow, and boosting safety for more than 30,000 daily road users. This critical infrastructure project involves widening Clyde Road between Enterprise Avenue and Bemersyde Drive, upgrading intersections at Kangan Drive and the Princes Freeway, and expanding the existing bridge over the freeway from six to ten lanes.

As the appointed traffic management contractor, KPI Construction Services plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of works within complex, high-volume traffic environments.

As a proud supplier to the Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3, we provide a full suite of services designed to support construction while keeping the community moving.

This 6.7-kilometre extension from Broadbeach South to Burleigh Heads is a vital upgrade to the region’s public transport network. It includes eight new stations, improved pedestrian and cycling access, and future connectivity to Gold Coast Airport. The project is jointly funded by the Queensland and Australian Governments, with support from the City of Gold Coast.

The Eastern Freeway Upgrade introduces advanced traffic management technologies, new express lanes, and Melbourne’s first-ever dedicated express busway. Once complete, these enhancements are expected to significantly reduce travel times and improve the reliability of public transport across the city’s eastern suburbs.

Beyond transport efficiency, the project also prioritises sustainability and community wellbeing. Key features include:

• New walking and cycling pathways to encourage active transport.

• Upgraded open spaces, wetlands, and waterways, enhancing the natural environment.

Queen’s Wharf Towers 5 & 6 mark the final stage of the iconic Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development, one of Australia’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use projects. Tower 5, an impressive 75-story skyscraper designed by the award-winning Cottee Parker Architects, will stand as a striking addition to Brisbane’s skyline, showcasing cutting-edge architecture and a strong commitment to sustainable design.
